Bayethe Development Institute, collaborated with SAfAIDS, to produce and broadcast a special edition miniseries under the flagship SAfAIDS regional ‘My Choice, Our Choice’ (MCOC) Campaign on ending unsafe abortion in the SADC region. The 5-episode special edition miniseries was produced under The Naked Truth Show, and raises awareness on the extent and status of unsafe abortion in the region, and motivates policy makers to catalyse actions towards removal of policy restrictions to accessing critical SRH services, including safe abortion; contributing to the creation of a conducive policy environment where adolescent girls and young women can access, free from judgment or discrimination, safe and legal abortion services, with support from policy makers, men and boys, and community leaders.
