Our Board

Bayethe Development Institute is overseen by a duly constituted Board of Directors, which exercises fiduciary responsibility and provides strategic guidance to ensure the effective achievement of the organization’s mandate and vision. In accordance with applicable laws, policies, and governance frameworks, the Board is tasked with establishing strategic priorities, overseeing risk management and compliance, protecting the organization’s assets and reputation, and holding executive management accountable for the responsible and ethical execution of the Institute’s objectives.
