Our Trustees

Bayethe Development Institute was established in 2010 by Mandlenkosi and Sally Ncube as an informal, community-based initiative that actively contributes to a range of development projects and supports numerous individuals. Recognizing the need to broaden its impact and operate within a clear legal and governance framework, the organization was formally registered as a nonprofit entity in South Africa and Zimbabwe. This formalization has enabled Bayethe Development Institute to serve communities across Southern Africa more effectively and sustainably through structured programs, accountable leadership, and strategic partnerships.
